The Board of Directors of the Lake Harmony Association has general charge and management of the affairs of the Association, and may, among other things, make rules for the Association, authorize expenditures of monies and authorize the execution of contracts in the Association’s name. There are 21 members of the Board of Directors, each of whom serve 3 year terms.
